34살 남성 전00씨(가명)은 중학교를 졸업하고 편의점 아르바이트와 택배 배달 등을 하면서 금액을 벌었다. 그러다 26살 때 활동지원사 자격을 취득했고 뇌병변과 정신장애를 지닌 장애인 활동지원사로 일했다. 하지만 코로나19가 들이닥치면서 ‘감염 위험을 이유로 일자리를 잃게 됐다.

올 상반기 아르바이트몬에서 구직활동을 한 10대 알바 구직자 중 남성의 비율은 76.2%로 대부분을 차지했다. 이어 60대 알바 구직자 중에도 남성의 비율이 70.4%로 높았다. 이외에 20대(64.9%)와 10대(63.6%) 중 여성의 분포는 이보다 약 50%이상 낮았다.
