조사 결과 아르바이트생 중 28.8%가 비교적 짧은 기간 일하는 초단기 아르바이트를 선호한다고 답했다. 세부적으로 살펴보면 1주일 미만 근무를 선호한다는 답변은 17.1%였고, 원하는 기간 하루만 일하는 △하루 아르바이트를 선호한다는 답변은 11.3%였다.
